Privacy Policy
How we handle the personal data you share when you contact us, request a quote, or use the radon obligation checker.
1. Who we are
Cazdon Labs ("we", "us") provides physics-led indoor-air services - radon compliance, air-quality measurement, live air monitoring, and air-purifier rental - in Helsinki and the Uusimaa region of Finland. The data controller responsible for your personal data is [legal entity name, business ID / Y-tunnus, registered address]. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@cazdon.fi.
2. What data we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through this website:
- Contact form: your name, work email address, your message, and any files you attach (for example a floor plan / pohjapiirustus).
- Radon obligation checker: if you request a quote, your email address. Your answers to the four questions are processed in your browser to show a result and are not transmitted to us.
We do not use advertising or cookie-based tracking, and there is no consent banner because we set no tracking cookies. Any analytics we use are privacy-friendly and aggregated, and do not identify you personally.
3. Why we use it
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare and send a fixed-price quote, and carry out any service you go on to request. The legal basis is your consent (which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form) and the steps necessary to enter into and perform a contract at your request. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
4. Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox (info@cazdon.fi) through our form provider, Evenrue, which processes the submission on our behalf in order to forward it to us. Our website is hosted on Netlify. These providers act as data processors; a Data Processing Agreement with the form provider must be in place before go-live. Some processing may take place outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and, if you become a client, for as long as required to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see your rights below).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@cazdon.fi. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto, tietosuoja.fi).
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page.
